A licensed real estate agent with almost 15 years of business & commercial real estate experience that includes sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties, market analysis, consulting and sales of business opportunities. He also has 26 years of combined personal experience in two different restaurant concepts; pizza restaurant franchising, and espresso café licensing and development. His many representations include Buyer/Lessee, Seller/Lessor, and Dual Agency. Restaurant and other retail transactions include franchises and sole proprietorships. His goal has always been to serve his clients, insuring that the transaction process his conducted in a professional manner.
