She brings a strong entrepreneurial background as the owner of a successful breakfast and lunch establishment in Santa Rosa, giving her firsthand insight into the needs and challenges of small business owners.She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and also works as an independent contractor personal trainer at a local gym, reflecting her disciplined, goal-oriented approach to everything she does. While new to commercial real estate, Marla is highly motivated, a fast learner, and committed to providing thoughtful, responsive service to her clients.Her diverse professional experience, strong work ethic, and local business knowledge make her a valuable resource for buyers, sellers, and entrepreneurs throughout Sonoma County.
