Patrick is a licensed real estate agent specializing in Business Brokering, Commercial Property Sales and Leasing. Combining financial expertise with entrepreneurial insight, Patrick holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and is a Culinary Institute of America graduate. With experience as an account manager in the SaaS technology sector, catering to restaurants and small businesses, and previous ownership of a successful restaurant in Marin County, Patrick offers a diverse skill set. Currently, he co-owns a thriving retail boutique store in downtown Novato with his wife. With firsthand knowledge of the challenges of business ownership, Patrick guides clients through business ownership transitions with integrity and expertise.
