Sushi and Japanese Izakaya Restaurant – Long Established

This North Bay Sushi/Izakaya restaurant has been serving the community for over 30 years. It has a loyal following and people have been known to travel from all over the Bay Area to experience the beautiful décor and stunning cuisine.

There is a spacious lounge/waiting area as well as a separate bar that features a live wood slab top and an extensive sake and wine list. A private dining room seats up to 12 patrons. An outside patio with great views is also licensed for alcohol service with seating for 12. The restaurant currently has a type 41 Beer & Wine license, but the establishment is well designed to benefit from the addition of a full alcohol type 47 license.

The main dining room features 50 seats and a double sushi bar with an additional 8 seats. The total seating for the restaurant is 78 inside and 12+ outside. There is ample free parking and easy access to a main HWY and the local city center.

The family is now ready to pass this tradition on to a new owner. A new owner will need to perform some kitchen upgrades, but the bones of a great kitchen are in place. Recipes, name, and optionally (not mandatory) the advisory of the family will be included to preserve the legacy of this renowned Bay Area institution.
